Abstract
At present, there are several main ways to acquire broadband data by means of multi-level air gun array, variable-depth streamer, and flat cable. In the same target area, the acquisition experiments, such as contrast excitation of stereo source and plane source, flat cable deep dragging with different sinking depth, and linear variable depth cable in different cable types and depths, were used to study the influence of the above key broadband acquisition parameters on deep imaging. Compared with planar source, multi-level seismic source imaging has greater bandwidth and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in the middle and deep layers of the region. The imaging is not sensitive to depth when the cable depth reaches a certain depth, but the SNR increases with the depth of sinking. The cable type of swash cable acquisition has limited influence on imaging, but the sinking depth should be analyzed and determined according to different water depths and target layers in each target area.
