    黄河三角洲湿地土壤、植物碳氮稳定同位素的组成特征

    STABLE CARBON AND NITROGEN ISOTOPES IN THE YELLOW RIVER DELTA WETLAND

    • 摘要: 对黄河三角洲湿地表层土壤和植被进行了碳氮同位素调查,发现本区植物的碳氮同位素值域变化幅度较大,生态系统以喜湿的C3植被类型为主,也生长C4植物。植物的碳、氮同位素之间不存在相关关系。表层土壤中碳氮同位素组成存在着弱负相关关系,反映本区表层土壤中有机质有多种来源。土壤Corg/N比值差异很大,大部分地区土壤Corg/N比值大于12,指示土壤有机质来源以黄河流域有机质为主,当地植被的贡献较小。

       

      Abstract: Carbon and nitrogen stable isotope composition (δ13C,δ15N) of woody plants are effective indicators for monitoring vegetation and environmental change. An investigation of carbon and nitrogen isotope compositions was conducted in the Yellow River Delta Wetland. It is found that even the values of stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes have wide distribution ranges in plants, but C3 plants are dominant. Nitrogen isotopes of plants have no correlation with carbon. Stable carbon and nitrogen isotope values in the soils exhibit a weak negative correlation, suggesting two main sources of soils in this area. Corg/N ratios of soils have an apparent difference. In most of the area, the ratio exceeds 12, indicating that the main sources of soil organic matters are from the drainage basin.
