南海北部边缘盆地天然气成因类型及运聚规律与勘探新领域

    GENETIC TYPES, MIGRATION AND ACCUMULATION OF GAS IN THE NORTH MARGINAL BASINS OF SOUTH CHINA SEA AND NEW EXPLORATION TARGETS

    • 摘要: 根据南海北部边缘盆地天然气(烃类气和非烃气)及非常规天然气-天然气水合物的勘探与研究,对所发现的烃类天然气、CO2等非烃气及天然气水合物等进行了类型划分。生物气及亚生物气在全区海底及浅层广泛分布,气源来自上新统及第四系海相沉积;成熟油型气(油田伴生气)主要分布于北部湾盆地及珠江口盆地北部裂陷带主要油气田分布区,其气源来自始新统中深湖相偏腐泥混合型烃源岩;成熟-高成熟及过熟煤型气主要富集于莺歌海盆地中央泥底辟带浅层和琼东南盆地崖南凹陷及珠江口盆地西部珠三坳陷陆架浅水区,气源主要来自渐新统煤系和中新统海相偏腐殖型烃源岩;深水油气分布于珠江口盆地南部及琼东南盆地南部等深水区,油气主要来自始新统中深湖相腐泥-腐殖混合型烃源岩、下渐新统煤系烃源岩和部分上渐新统偏腐殖型海相烃源岩。CO2等非烃气主要展布于莺歌海盆地泥底辟带浅层和琼东南盆地东部及珠江口盆地深大断裂发育区,气源分别来自受泥底辟热流体活动影响强烈的中新统海相含钙砂泥岩和深部火山幔源活动;天然气水合物分布于深水区,其气源主要由深水区海底沉积物生物化学作用和深部成熟烃源岩所供给。因此,根据不同成因类型天然气气源构成特点及分布富集规律,可以优选有利天然气富集区带部署勘探,进而提高天然气勘探成功率。

       

      Abstract: In the north marginal basins of the South China Sea, the gas discovered could be classified into three types, e.i. biogenic and sub-biogenic gas, matured hydrocarbon gas, and over-matured hydrocarbon gas, based on the previous research and exploration. In addition to it,there is great amount of non-hydrocarbon gas, such as CO2 and N2. Gas hydrates, as the origin of gas is concerned, could also be grouped into three types:thermocatalytic and pyrolytic gas, biogenic gas and sub-biogenic gas, with the sub-biogenic dominating. Biogenic and sub-biogenic gas occurs on the sea bottom and/or the upper part of sediments, and the gas is from the marine Pliocene and Quaternary sediments. The matured hydrocarbon gas mainly distributed in the Beibuwan Basin and the Pearl River Mouth Basin is from the mixed sapropel dominated source rocks of Eocene lacustrine deposits. The over-matured coal-related hydrocarbon gas,mainly found in the Qiongdongnan Basin and the shelf area of the Pearl River Mouth Basin, is from the Oligocene coal beds and the Miocene marine sapropel type of source rocks. The deep water gas distributed in the southern Qiongdongnan Basin and some deep areas of the Pearl River Mouth Basin owe their origin to the gas sources from the Eocene deep lake source rocks, while the gas of gas hydrate is mainly from the highly matured source rocks from the deep. The non-hydrocarbon gas mainly occurs in the mud diapiric zones of the Yinggehai Basin, the Eastern Qiongdongnan Basin and some areas of the Pearl River Mouth Basin. It is from the Miocene marine calcareous mudstone with part from the mantle-derived volcanism in the deep crust. It will be more efficient and successful if the above factors are well considered in exploration.
