专利分析视角下我国超深水油气钻完井装备技术差距分析

    China's technological gap in Ultra-Deepwater Oil and Gas Drilling and Completion Equipment from a patent analysis perspective

    • 摘要: 超深水油气资源开发对国家能源安全至关重要,但目前核心钻完井装备仍依赖进口,自主可控性较差。本研究基于Incopat全球专利数据库,采用定量统计、文本挖掘、引证网络及技术功效矩阵等方法,系统分析了钻井平台、水下生产系统、智能装备等关键技术的专利布局。研究结果表明:全球超深水油气钻完井装备领域专利申请呈阶段性演进,中美为创新主导国;国内机构在超深水油气钻完井装备技术在专利质量、核心技术创新及系统集成方面与国际领先者存在显著差距,在智能化、绿色化等新兴交叉领域存在机遇窗口。未来可通过规避设计、合作创新与前瞻布局等路径,推动超深水油气钻完井装备国产技术突破与自主可控。

       

      Abstract: The development of ultra-deepwater oil and gas resources is crucial to the national energy security. However, core drilling and completion equipment relies on imports at present, posing a “choke point” risk. Based on the Incopat global patent database, we systematically analyzed the patent layout of key technologies including drilling platforms, subsea production systems, and intelligent equipment using quantitative statistics, text mining, citation networks, and technology-effectiveness matrices. We found that global patent applications progressed in stages, and China and the United States are the leading innovators. Domestic institutions lag international leaders in patent quality, core technology innovation, and system integration, but have opportunities in emerging cross-disciplinary fields such as intelligence and green technology. It is suggested that through design avoidance, cooperative innovation, and forward-looking layout, breakthroughs in domestic equipment technology and self-reliance can be achieved.
