琼东南盆地宝岛15凹“走滑-伸展”复合作用下地质结构特征及勘探潜力

    Geological structure characteristics and exploration potential of Baodao 15 Sag in Qiongdongnan Basin under the combined action of strike-slip and extension

    • 摘要: 琼东南盆地浅水区东南缘宝岛15凹发育始新世岭头组小型湖相断陷,钻井揭示古近纪丰富油气显示,因边缘凹陷易遭受强剥蚀、不均匀隆升及晚期改造导致地质结构复杂化,裂陷期岭头组地层在“走滑-伸展”复合作用下发生强烈构造变形,严重制约了烃源岩评价与勘探进程。通过对凹陷结构、断裂特征、岭头组原型盆地恢复及构造变形过程的解析,分析了其油气勘探潜力及有利勘探方向。研究表明:①宝岛15凹由裂陷期双断型地堑向断-拗转换期南断北超半地堑结构过渡,受中部走滑断裂分隔为东、西2个构造带,东部构造带不协调拉分变形主要发生在始新世—早渐新世,形成叠瓦状滑脱断陷系,西部构造带拉分变形主要发生在始新世,形成多米诺式小型顺向断陷系;②利用趋势外推法还原剥蚀边界及剥蚀量,恢复始新世原型盆地后半深湖相烃源岩在凹中大面积分布,平均TOC为0.2%~14.2%,Ro为0.6%~1.8%,综合评价成熟烃源岩面积近92 km2,原油资源潜力约为5 600万t;③控凹断裂下降盘陵水组—崖城组储盖组合发育,供烃单元资源量充足,南部洼陷带岭头组为源内“自生自储”成藏特征,为本区下步油气勘探的两大有利区带。

       

      Abstract: In the southeastern margin of shallow water area in the Qiongdongnan Basin, a small lacustrine fault-controlled Eocene Lingtou Formation called Baodao 15 Sag which revealed that the rich petroleum in the Paleogene,due to the marginal sag prone to strong erosion, uneven uplift and late transformation, the geological structure became more complex. During the fracture and depression period, the Lingtou Formation strata underwent intense tectonic deformation under the combined action of "strike-slip and extension", and seriously restricted the evaluation and exploration process of source rocks.Based on the analysis of the structure, fault characteristics, prototype basin of the Lingtou Formation and the process of tectonic deformation, the potential for petroleum exploration and the favorable exploration directions were analyzed.Research shows that ① Baodao 15 Sag is transitioning from a double-faulted graben during the rifting period to a southern faulted and northern super-semi-faulted graben during the fault-controlled transition period which divided into eastern and the western tectonic zones by the central strike-slip fault. The uncoordinated tensile deformation of the eastern tectonic zone mainly occurred in the Eocene to Early Oligocene, formed a shingled slip sag system. The tensile deformation of the western tectonic zone mainly occurred in the Eocene, formed a domino-like small forward fault depression system; ② By using the trend extrapolation method to restore the erosion boundary and erosion volume, the semi-deep laculacine source rocks in the Eocene prototype basin were widely distributed in the concave area, with an average TOC of 0.2% to 14.2% and Ro of 0.6 to 1.8%, the area of mature source rocks was nearly 92 square kilometers, and the potential of crude oil resources was approximately 56 million tons; ③ The reservoir and cap assemblage of the Lingshui-Yacheng Formation is well developed which resource volume of the hydrocarbon supply unit is abundant, the Lingtou Formation in the southern sag zone has the characteristic of "self-generation and self-storage" within the source, the two favorable zones are the next step of petroleum exploration in this area.
