    埕岛油田海底管道悬空特征及其影响因素

    Suspension characteristics and influencing factors of submarine pipelines in the Chengdao Oilfield

    • 摘要: 海底管道是海上油气生产的重要设施,而管道悬空是影响其安全运作的主要因素之一。根据海底管道复勘资料,利用ArcGIS对埕岛油田海底管道的在位状态以及分布情况进行分析,重点统计分析了管道悬空特征和悬空规律,并分析了海底管道悬空的原因以及影响因素。结果表明,悬空管道占总调查管道总长度的4.03%,主要分布在水深为5~15 m范围内的三角洲前缘斜坡上。近90%悬空管段的长度<60 m,其中以10~20 m最为常见。超过90%悬空管段的悬空高度<1 m,其中以0.2~0.4 m最为常见。研究区海底管道悬空的主要原因为海床冲刷,其影响因素主要包括沉积物特征、地形地貌以及海洋动力条件。

       

      Abstract: Submarine pipelines are important facilities for offshore oil and gas production, but the suspension of submarine pipelines is one of the main factors affecting their safety operation. Based on the survey data, we analyzed the distribution of suspended submarine pipelines in the oilfield based on the ArcGIS software, and the reasons as well as the influencing factors causing the pipeline suspension are analyzed. The results show that the suspended pipelines account for 4.03% of the total length of the investigated pipelines and are mainly distributed in the delta front slope with water depth ranging from 5 m to 15 m. Nearly 90% of suspended pipe sections are less than 60 m in length, of which 10-20 m is the most common. More than 90% of the suspended pipe sections are less than 1 m in height, of which 0.2-0.4 m is the most common. The main reason of submarine pipeline suspension in the study area is seabed scour, and its influencing factors mainly includes sediment characteristics, topography and marine dynamic conditions.
