    水力输送法开采海底浅层天然气水合物技术理论分析

    THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF HYDRAULIC TRANSPORTATION MINING METHOD FOR GAS HYDRATES EXPLOITATION FROM MARINE SHALLOW SEDIMENTS

    • 摘要: 天然气水合物被誉为洁净的潜在能源。海洋天然气水合物约占水合物总量的99%,绝大部分海洋水合物没有良好的覆盖层,不能用开采传统油气资源的方法进行开采。分析了利用海底采矿技术开采海底浅层水合物的方法,设计出水合物采矿车开采量与高压水泵输送的水力输送设备参数。根据水合物分解热及输送量,建立水合物输送系统与分解速度之间的理论关系,使水力采矿系统在开采海底浅层水合物技术上取得进展,为水力输送设备及分解容器等的设计提供了理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Gas hydrates are known as a clean potential energy. About 99% gas hydrates occur in marine sediments and the vast majority of marine gas hydrates has no cover on the top. It means that traditional oil and gas mining technology can not be used for exploitation of gas from marine hydrates. This paper proposed a hydraulic transportation mining method for exploitation of shallow marine gas hydrates. The method suggests using hydraulic transportation equipment in the pipe mining system. The equipment includes a conveyance and a high pressure pump. According to the throughput of thermal decomposition of gas hydrate, a theoretical relationship between transmission system and hydrates decomposition rate was established. It is believed as a progress of exploitation of marine shallow hydrates and provides a theoretical basis for design of hydraulic conveyance equipment and containers.
