海水镭同位素富集的锰纤维制作效果的扫描电镜分析

    EFFECT OF Mn FIBER MANUFACTURE ONTO SEA WATER RADIUM ISOTOPE CONCENTRATION BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY

    • 摘要: 镭同位素在河口与海洋近岸区域的生物地球化学行为、水体交换、地下水的输运等研究中发挥了重要的作用。准确测定海水中的镭同位素是应用的基础,锰纤维的富集效率是镭同位素测定过程中一个重要的因素。应用无镭水的KMnO4溶液和聚丙烯纤维材料进行了锰纤维制作实验,用扫描电镜分析技术进行了制作效果的研究,优化了锰纤维详细制作过程的详细参数。扫描电镜的表面形态分析和能谱的元素分析可以很好地评价锰纤维的制作效果,可见扫描电镜可以作为一种锰纤维制作效果的有效识别工具。

       

      Abstract: Due to its water-solubility and different half-life, Ra isotopes play important roles in biogeochemical process, water exchange and groundwater movement in estuaries and marine coastal areas. The efficiency of Mn fiber application is an important factor for the determination of Ra isotopes in seawater. In this study, the Mn fiber was made by KMnO4 solution and polypropylene fiber. The detailed parameters of Mn fiber manufacture are optimized and the experimental results are analyzed by scanning electronic microscope. The effect of the Mn fiber manufacture can be evaluated by the surface morphology under the scanning electronic microscope and the elemental analysis using energy spectrum. So scanning electron microscope could be an effective tool for assessment of Mn fiber manufacture.
